Turtle Woods- Simpson Co Schools

I don’t mind some safari golf! Reminds me of the old days when there wasn’t many courses to play so you were happy to be able to shoot at a basket! Definitely a forgotten course! Seeing more and more of these courses not being taken care of!

With a little more love this course could be good as it has great bones. Look out for the gotcha baskets (holes 1&2) and don’t throw to baskets 9(blue basket) and 8. Construction currently happening so got to work around that. If you bag courses, play it. Other wise wait for the local seen to help the course become what it could be.

No tee pads or signs, and in desperate need of some TLC.

Cool little course. Only thing is no tee boxes but it is at a school so…. Can’t complain I enjoyed it.

There is a kid on drugs and mosquitos were terrible. A mosquito bit me while Was writing this. Tees weren’t easy to see. THIS PLACE SUCKS

A great effort to get this course put back in, but a long way to go. Unplayable with the amount of poison ivy on EVERY hole.

Needs some upkeep, but fun little course

The course has potential, but the inner woods are just too wet to to maintain and play.
