Stanley Park

First time playing this course and instantly my favourite DGC in Manitoba! It is not perfect, but it offers a great variety of holes. Some are in huge open field, some in wooded areas. Needs improvement on signage. P.S I almost ace hole 3!!! Ugh 😑

Nice course, need the app to navigate otherwise would have been extremely lost as there almost no signage.

Nice course, but very difficult to navigate the front 9 without the udisc app

Just beautiful. Longer front 9, shorter back 9 with some tricky narrow shots through the trees. You play up and down the valley which makes for some interesting shots. Along the creek there are some nice holes.

One of the best Manitoba has to offer with a challenging 18 holes. Some fun hole placement with some difficult lines through trees. Spotters are definitely an asset on a few holes as the grasses get quite thick off the fairways and towards the creek.

Could use better marked holes and teepads

Amazing design. Wooded and technical shots, big distance holes, and elevation changes; really fun! A little difficult to find out where to go, and teepads left a little to be desired.

Couldnt find teebox for hole 15

Nice course, great design. Only thing that bothered me is how hard it is to find the tees for each hole. They are pieces of wood, engraved with the hole number and distance, laid into the ground. I couldn't find the tee for hole 15. A few pin flags would go a long way until they can afford signs for each hole. Other than that, great upkeep and fun hole design.

Great course. It's beautiful. There is a large variety of terrain. It's very well kept. The par on several holes are a bit high. 3 par 4s should be par 3s. But overall it's tons of fun to play. Worth the trip from Wpg if you have time for 2 rounds. Some of the holes run through the campground which can be tricky if there are campers. Sometimes it's hard to find the next tee. It would be nice if there was a stake in the ground marking the tee. My favorite course in MB.
