Stadium Course At Carson Ridge

"Played in their first tournament. Food trucks, beer truck, live music and the Pony Express did a horse demonstration. Best tournament I've ever played in! This is the only course I've ever seen done like this. So well thought out. Beautiful design, they really utilized this property to its maximum potential. That's one thing I look at when playing a disc golf course. I really hope this becomes the direction disc golf goes. Hands down this is the way to grow the sport! "

There is so much attention to detail with all the trails, artistic stonework, great course flow and variety of holes to make you use most of your bag. Still not sure how they did the T pads but they look just like the native rock here and have perfect grip even when wet. T signs are worth the trip alone! Plan for multiple rounds to really soak it all in. Never seen so much care and thought put into a disc golf Course anywhere."

"This has to be my favorite course yet. Played mid December with little snow on the ground. Beautiful scenery & very well maintained. Perfectly challenging for someone like myself who’s relatively new to disc golf. Crazy elevation changes & a super cool little ace run bonus course. You can tell they’re really trying to make their mark as one of the best courses in the world. Would highly recommend making the trip, I’ll definitely be back for more."

"Great signage and trails. Fun desert course but tends to be windy in the afternoon. Amazing views of the Eastern Sierras. Tee pad on 15 has a big divot right where most people would plant their front foot. Quite a few holes don’t have any alternate pin positions installed two years after the course opened. Once these issues get fixed I’ll bump my rating back up to the 4.5* this course deserves."

"This course is a gem! The trails are intuitive, pin placements are challenging but fair and each tee pad is equipped with a broom. The tee signs have awesome natural history information and elevation profiles for each pin position. Only complaints were I would have liked the 18 tee to be colocated with 17 pin, would have made for a fun downhill shot to finish. And it's hot with minimal shade, so come prepared. Also, heed the warnings about snakes, I saw one on 12."
