"Designers do a lot with roped OB, mandos and a few flagged landing areas to create challenges, because much of the property is wide open with a few rolling hills. The layout incorporates an old stone building foundation, a drop off a cliff, and several riverside holes. WIth multiple tees and holes running in different directions in this fairly confined space, navigation is pretty confusing for the first timer. Play with a local if you can."

"Excellent course, though not for the faint of heart. Mostly cart-friendly, but a spot or two where you’ll need to lift and carry, and even the cart path from 11 to 12 is steep and hairy at times. "

"It's a nice place, well kept. Unfortunately 2 holes were unplayable due to flooding. Although they would be fine if the baskets were both moved about 40 feet farther away from the nearby creek. Several really fun holes. Good place to bring a beginner as risk of losing a disc is low. "

"Very fun course to play! Baskets, and signage are in great conditions. Several of the tee pads aren't the best. Isn't a destination course but a solid course that everyone can enjoy. The long layout has some teeth but is mostly very scorable and lots of fun. "

"This a great course, but the long layout has a couple rough tee pads. I’ve played it twice and it was worth it. But I don’t know that I’d drive over an hour to play it again. Unless it’s a tournament. "

"Very nice mix of hole shots. Two different tee pads or different baskets to give you long and short holes. Ob is marked well. Course needs mowed. They even have out house in the middle of the course. Signage is okay, most holes easy to find tee pad or basket. "

"This course is fantastic but be prepared for spread out holes, challenging hills & terrain, and long shots between holes. Overall, my only complaint is some overgrown areas and lots of poison Ivy and poison oak around the first 5-7 holes. Otherwise, this course is incredible for your moderate to experienced players!"

"Great course located in the rolling hills of Lancaster County. Great options for both lower and higher level play with gold and silver baskets and pad locations. There are beautiful views with a creek running through the course. Lots of fun elevation changes. This course has a good mix of technical tree holes and wide open spaces."

"Be careful in the winter. Thew 2 discs in the water, and I had to take off my shoes and socks to go and fish them out. Other than the creek being too close to 4 or so holes, the park was excellent."

"I played after a lot of rain and it is flooded. But that added to the fun! Great layout with a good mix of long open shots and more technical wood shots. "

"Ship Rock Disc Golf. Intriguing Course. This course has well placed baskets. Usually guarded by trees in front or the creek behind. Variety of shots. Not too many tree lined holes, but enough. 👍🏼 When we were there in October the grass was a few inches tall. Little tough to find discs- needed mowed. Great course. Lots of fun. OB, trees, terrain, and the creek made it a great course. Come play it! "

"Great course if you have good lines, and great drives. Not a huge amount of elevation, but extremely long holes with difficult to attain pars without some good distance behind your throws. I would not recommend for beginners. Played the gold course. "

Great signage, lots of ob to keep you honest, elevation changes, water, they thought of everything when this course was designed. Truly a gem. Drove an hour and 10 to play here and absolutely worth the hike. Without question a top 3 course within an hour and a half of Philly. "
