"I live almost an hour away and I gladly make the trip to play this absolute stunner of a course. Sets a high standard with well defined fairways and picturesque island greens. Plus, the new short layout provides great variety of play and is perfect for slower arms. Undoubtedly gets five stars in my book, however my only wish would be slightly wider and better manicured fairways in the woods. Definitely put the monster at the top of your list of new courses to hit. You will not be disappointed!!!"

"Really nice tee pads—large, solid, level with well-secure turf covering. The area is beautiful, no litter, well kept up. I’m not giving it a five because the short tees are not short enough—the course is still too long and difficult for lower level players. Combined with some very difficult terrain with poor footing (no run ups possible) and a few holes that seemed designed to bring you into deep thorny rough, this course was not so fun for me, an intermediate player without big distance throws."

"As a beginner I found this course very challenging. It is definitely for expert players. I will not go back till I improve my game. Wear hiking shoes for this course. Rocks, woods, up hill with rocks, downhill with rocks and high grass and weeds with briars. But I did have a good time so I rate it at 4 stars. Greenlane Park is a lovely setting for this course, you will enjoy it if you relax and have fun and not take it too serious. "

"Insane course! I drove out here solely based on the UDisc rating and really had no idea what to expect. I was absolutely blown away! Layout is spectacular! And it certainly lives up to its name…..beast of a course but SOOO fun to play! Wait till you enter the woods! Awesome tee pads, baskets, and signage. Great elevation change and fair for righties and lefties. Also, the scenery is beautiful! Hats off to the designers and installers! With one visit this became my favorite course in PA."

"I previously rated this course a 4 because of the lack of alternative positions and small cosmetics. In under a year they have added new baskets for short positions, tee signs, and plenty of fairway cleanup. This is now without a doubt the best 18 in eastern PA."

"Long tee pads kicked my ass but this course is gorgeous and difficult. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive. Good combo of wooded holes and open holes with reasonably wide fairways. Open holes aren’t gimmes because of the shapes and basket placements. "

"Great course but needs some improvements immediately. Hole 1 was poorly devised, too many fisherman, fishing the shore of the lake. No tee signs make navigating the holes difficult on first play-thru. Need explicit directions from hole 3 to 4. Talked to others on the course who had the same issue. If those issues are addressed, the course could be among the best I’ve played. The wooded portions are very nockamixon/iron hill-esque. The open holes reminded me of Brandywine. A nice mix."

"Having played a fair number of courses in both the Philly and Pittsburgh areas I’d say this is in the top 3 PA courses I’ve played, maybe top 2. Lots of Par 4s. Lots of great elevation changes. Great mix of wooded and open holes. My only complaint is that a couple of the wooded holes are dense to the point of taking strategy out of the tee shot. More of a throw and pray situation unless you’re Steve Brinster. Thankfully that’s not most of the course. A must-play if you’re passing thru the area."

"Amazing course! Not the greatest course for first time players or beginners though. First hole is along the water, and the second hole is a throw over the edge of the reservoir. Multiple par 4 and 5 holes. With the longest hole being over 800 feet. Great variety of holes with open, wooded, partially wooded, uphill, and downhill holes. Most holes have amateur and pro teepads. The course as of now does not have signs and markers yet. Overall this is a great course that I would recommend you play."

"Great coarse. Lots of big open throws with a fair amount of wooded holes. Some big 700-800ft par fives. Even has the picturesque anhyzer over the corner of the lake hole. Just played in super muddy conditions. Can't imagine playing some of those holes with the foliage in Summer. Coarse markers are coming along fine for a new coarse. Be prepared for a legitimate hike and some really fun lines."

"Great variation with open and wooded holes, good changes in elevation, challenging but fair, still young in parts (expected) and footing will be difficult in any inclement weather. Course designers are very good people that have put in a lot of work and it shows. "
