"This a great layout with challenges to both left and right handed players. It’s WAY overgrown though and needs dead and dying trees removed, drooping limbs pruned and poison ivy removal. It’s proximity to Fast Eddie’s is enticing enough to play again but not until it receives the care it needs! Also, the distances on the tee signs don’t jive with Udisc’s. Who am I to believe?"

"Some pretty poorly designed holes, but the course has potential. Unfortunately it’s not being maintained at all. Signage is terrible, fairways are getting overgrown, the rough is, well, rough. Transitions between some holes require you to just blaze a trail through creeks and woods with no bridges or discernible paths. "

"Hot garbage. Half of the holes are missing signs. The holes that have signs are missing par info, mando and OB info. I need a tetanus shot from just looking at some of the baskets. No parking near the first tee. The list goes on. Avoid this nightmare"

"Absolute trash. Homeless people doing drugs in the course. Course isn’t maintained at all. Scorecards and holes and pars....none of it makes any sense. Anyone who asks me about this park I’ll refer them to others I.e. LaVista and Kutter and Gordon Moore "

"I've always loved Rockspring and the 2023 redesign is great! Very challenging. Nice some remnants of the original course remain but much of the new holes are quite enjoyable as well. Hole 13 in particular is amazingly brutal. Tee shot requires 230' with a massive 45' of elevation gain to the landing zone. My rating will go up when this course gets more polished. I expect it to be a favorite in the Metro area when finished. La Vista and new Gordon Moore nearby are putting Bluff City on the map!"

"It’s ok. You can’t park at 1 because of holiday show thingy. Basket at 8 isn’t missing. Actually not bad shots and pads, but the tee signs and baskets suck. There’s so many leaves where I had to actually search for a good amount of time after every shot (even if it was good). I think if you go with a friend it’s not a bad course definitely not below a 3"

"Place needs some work.. first off drive way is closed, due to some holiday light set up crap.. be careful you do not trip over all the cords just laying everywhere and some are duct taped, im sure it'll be fine though lol.. some tee signs are missing and if you have 2 pin locations you need to note which one it is currently on...! Lots of leaves everywhere on the ground as well. Also a basket is missing as well"

"No up keep whatsoever basket 8 missing other baskets all need to be replaced Its ashame that whoever is responsible for this course needs it taken away and put under new personnel what a sad way to leave a course "

"Some holes have been moved, so the signage is out of date. Watch out for the steep bluff next to hole 8. Err on the side of caution or be prepared to pay the price!"

"3/23 Course has been redesigned and still a bit rough in spots but it’s got some great holes and pin placements. Lots of elevation changes. Needs to be broke in and have some low hanging stuff trimmed. A few of the new natural tees are rough but those things are all fixable. This course is going to be awesome 😎 DON’T LET THESE BAD REVIEWS FROM LAST YEAR DISCOURAGE YOU. "
