Park is open from sunrise until 11pm everyday. Cross country meets will hold precedence over course availability
Fair conditions
Parking is located at the Northeast entrance of the park. Head straight west out of the parking area to hole 1 a 420ft throw through the bottomland timber on the north side of the gravel road. Work counter clockwise around the park with hole 9 finishing up right by parking. The park access road is a one way so please drive in the correct direction. Heavy flood waters can be a nuisance at times causing some or all the holes to be closed (22 foot on Peoria river stage)

Fun 9 hole course. Good mix of shots—wooded and open, long and short, left and right. Nice elevated basket on hole 2. Wild flowers and tall grasses create well defined fairways on holes 2,3,4.

I read some of the reviews before going. I thought the "if you like dog shit and poison ivy" review was kind of funny...but it was pretty spot on. Potential for a nice little 9 hole for sure. Lots of poison ivy then cam the dog shit. Lots of dog shit under baskets. Seems like people might purposely be putting it there.
