"This course could be really cool with some love and a slight redesign. Layout is confusing, and tees are too close to fairways and baskets of other holes, causing safety hazard. There is a sign about litter and asking people to pick up trash, but not a single trash can on the course. Loved the shots and lines, but taken away by the other negatives. "

"Small pads. Tee signs aren’t that helpful, but the next tee arrows on the basket help out. It’s a pretty basic park course. Some of the long pads have more interesting lines, gaps, and low ceilings. Distances are just long enough to force intermediate players to hit a challenging putt. "

"Nice course, it has some nice elevation changes. It has trees, but not to much. Deer can be seen walking the park, and it is decently groomed. The only knock is on the tee pads as they are short and some in bad repair. I’m 6’4 & that means baby steps. "

"Open throws abound here at Ottawa Park. Well manicured and serene, this course features long and short pads on every hole, with clear lines of sight to nearly every basket. Par 3 from the long pads would be a stretch for most hobby players, but there are 2 or 3 holes to pick up strokes in either configuration."

"In fairness to the course, the holes are interesting. All the negatives about the course are true. Added to that while I never felt my personal safety at risk I know of several autos broken into by persons playing there. If a UToledo student wanted to walk to the course, sans it's other shortcomings it is a nice course. For me the risk is not worth it with safer alternatives in the Toledo area."

"Most diverse course in the Toledo area, good mix of shots, many longer shots from the pro tees that require line shaping rather than pure power. Usually pretty empty, can get a little messy with trash from the surrounding housing complexes / general park trash."

"Very technical course where trees come into play often. Surprisingly hilly considering it is in NW Ohio. Some tee pads are a bit run down and the course isn’t in a particularly great area, but overall it was an enjoyable experience with some of the most challenging holes around. Hole 16 is a signature hole"
