Good Conditions
Course is in good shape, except for large tree fallen across # 8 fairway; which doesn't affect play too much.
About the Course
A gem of a course along the waterfront at Rend Lake. Good mix of open and wooded holes with a few longer holes mixed in, and the scenery is awesome! Hole 5 is really too short at 113 ft but otherwise the course has no flaws, in my opinion. Tee signs are very easy to understand. Kudos to the Army Corps of engineers who put it in!

"It was our first time playing the new layouts. I played the blue and Vicky played the reds and we both enjoyed the change. We enjoy play courses with long and short tees so we can play a straight up round rather than handicapped. If the maintenance is kept up and they pour some pads for the reds it would be a 5."

"If you're playing the blue tees, it is a great course. However the red tees are virtually non existent. There were a couple holes that had red flags indicating where the red tee box should be, and there a couple holes that actually had a concrete tee pad for the reds, but most of the time i had to use the u disc app map and just walk to the middle of the fairway until the map showed i was where the red tee box should be. If they ever put in actual tee pads for the red tees, then it's a 5!"

"Long fairways. We’ll manicured. Playground nearby for the kids. "
