"A pretty good front 9, except that you have to walk along a road to find one of the tee pads. Definitely some water hazards and OB risks, and a few holes could use some fairway clearing, but a fun course overall. Be very cautious going in blind, as some of these holes are a doozy"

"This is probably one of the best courses for beginners in the area. There aren't a lot of trees, but there are enough that it can give you a bit of a challenge when you are first starting, or just starting to get distance and hit lines. I've personally never hit any other park goers, and I would not consider Whitehall and Breakers to be "in the area" as they are both approximately 20-30 minutes drive from Muskegon, hence making them not so friendly for a quick after work round. "
