Bring disc that you don't care about, lots of water carry.

If I was to ever open a disc golf store, it would be located outside of Britt Park in Lumberton, NC. Why there? Because everyone playing on this course can expect to lose discs. If it’s not the chains located on the peninsulas of the lake, or the drives launching over the lake, it’s the swampy canals that buffer the fairways. To successfully navigate this course, you will need an experienced guide to locate the tees. You will also need to hire a sherpa that will be willing to wade into swamps and a murky lake to recover your discs.

No signage. Confusing to find holes without app. Too many similar holes next to water.

Too close to walk paths and playgrounds with lots of kids around.
