Good conditions
Fun little nine ball, great elevation, fun use of space, has two baskets that need repair but still playable. Fun times!
Short recreational course surrounding a large hill that gives some good elevation change for the first 6 holes before moving into a lightly wooded area for the last 3 holes.

"Baskets are falling apart. The rims are on the bottom of the pole for hole 2 and I this hole 6 basket is so rusted it’s about to fall down to the bottom of pole also. Hole 7 brush pit needs to be trimmed back"
