"No tee pads, and no active layouts in UDisc, so I guess you make it what you want?? Grass is mowed, baskets are in great shape. Also, in the middle of a neighborhood, so you just park on the streets "

"This course has potential to be a good if tee markers are put in."

"The baskets are awesome. Teepads are non existent, but listed as concrete. Signage would be helpful to have an idea where to throw from. Hole 9 basket is missing. Played hole 8 twice to make 9. Good beginner course with no wind. With wind & using streets & pathways as OB, can be a challenging lil course. Has potential, but description needs updated to reflect current conditions. We'll maintained. "

"Definitely a great distance practice; Ninth Hole missing kind of sucks but still very casual and fun; Lack of Tee-Pads is why 4 star"
