"I understand the desire for naturalization, but I don't know the value of weeds and thorny bushes and I think this place is in dire need of landscaping. Every errant throw will have you searching through some of the worst rough I have encountered. Layout could use some tweaks to make it easier to navigate. Tee pads would be nice. 18 holes is great, but not in the current state. "

"I want to love Hermitage, it's my girlfriend's favorite park, but I can't recommend it currently.
It's punishing on new players as you'll spend so much time looking for your disc in the overgrown grass, or be battling the *thorned* brush/shrubs
The new hole 8: either have a perfect approach or say goodbye to your disc
This course desperately needs a maintenance plan to get the grass cut. I've played here in the winter, spring, summer, and fall ... Summer is sadly the worst time to play here"

"This course has a lot of potential to be great. I think itās the prettiest course in Edmonton with lots of fun holes. Biggest drawbacks right now are the congested teepads in the middle, and the number of holes where the fairway/landing area is just knee high weeds and thistles. Better to play in the spring or fall.
