I played this course with my wife and 4 yr old daughter. Shot options were awesome. It was a great course! We will definitely be back!

Wow! One of THE best, if not the best, I’ve played in 10 years of disc golf. I want to come back daily and play (though it’s much too far away from home). Every hole is unique and the course is beautiful. But perhaps most importantly, it is fair and therefore really enjoyable from the red tees. So many of the well ranked courses don’t have great tees for women, but this one does! (I’ve played Idlewild, Maple Hill, Selah Ranch, etc.). Beautiful, memorable, fun, good scoring…is there anything better? 6 stars!

New favorite….and I’ve played quite a few of the top courses out there (Selah Ranch, WR Jackson, Maple Hill, Idlewild, DeLaVega, Jarva, etc…). John Houck is my disc golf design hero. Holes are super memorable, unique, fun and frustrating at the same time. I’m an advanced player with 380’ power and playing the blue tees birdies were attainable but only after exceptional tee shots….pars and the occasional bogey were more the norm.
Tee pads, signage, and baskets were all great. Every hole was memorable. Course flow was easy to follow and navigate. We all opted for bags instead of carts….carts would have been painful to drag up and down steep hills. Use of elevation, tree bunkers, risk/reward, shot shape and options was fantastic. I struggle to find much of anything to complain about except maybe when we played there were 2 baskets on some holes as they were getting prepared for the Mid America open tourney in the coming weeks which added some confusion but I think that’s a temporary situation.
Our group played Eagles Crossing a few times before coming here and all four of us agreed this course was our favorite…. Not a knock on Eagles Crossing which is a great course but there is a stark difference in design approach. Eagles Crossing prefers extensive artificial OB. I tend to agree with John Houck’s approach in using OB sparingly and rely on the natural elements of the course to provide the challenge. Harmony Bends was more fun and thought provoking to play and just plain more refreshing and pleasing to look at without white stakes everywhere distracting the beauty of the hole…..and proving you can design a super challenging course without artificial OB everywhere.
5 stars isn’t enough in my opinion to say how much we enjoyed and fell in love with this course!

One of the best I’ve played in 999 courses. This course has it all.
Woods, water, elevation.
All shots are accounted for.
A must play and bucket list course.
Thanks John Houck for draining this masterpiece.

Amazing course. Might be my favorite all time. Maple Hill gets bonus points for having more tee options but for a free course, harmony bends is right up there with it.

Different tee positions and long blind shots means slower or less experienced groups have a hard time realizing they are getting caught, so just be prepared to be patient. Gold layout (blue tees to gold pins?) Is brutal.

Great course! Tons of variation. The only drawback to this course is the low areas flooding out.

Make sure to have a full water bottle when you go! This course is beautifully designed with varying tee pad options to add or lessen the challenge you’re looking for when playing at this course. The local parks department and club does a great job at maintenance and upkeep of the course. Currently the course is set in gold pin locations in preparation for MAO.

After it rains it can flood pretty badly, but it's the most beautiful course I've ever played so it's even worth it in the mud. I come in from out of state to play here (and to visit family... but mostly to play here).

Absolutely stellar course. Difficult, yet fun throughout and downright picturesque more often than not. Great variance in difficulty from the different tees. Only downside is it tends to flood after recent rain or snow and there is notable erosion around the creeks over the past five years. Update - the city of Columbia has done some work in the last two years to help with erosion and flooding around the creeks, plus expanded parking lot and a brick restroom.
