About the Course
Glenaladale is a 20-hole, 7000-foot course cut into the Acadian forest near Tracadie Bay. It is free to play. The course itself is on the East side of the road, but parking is across the road beside the yellow schoolhouse. Please do not park on the shoulder of the road or in the farmer's field. Having just opened in June 2022, it is still a young course which we are continuing to polish and improve. It is recommended that you bring water, hiking shoes and bug spray when playing this course. The course currently has one set of framed turf tee pads, which in terms of difficulty plays as "white". Thank you to the Glenaladale Heritage Trust, who graciously provided the use of this land and supported it being built. Please be respectful of the property and say hi to any staff you see around the schoolhouse!

"Great mix of forehand and backhand lines. Still new but a lot of work was done to beautify and bring grass into the fairways and it shows. Leaving the fairway is terrifying as the rough is still VERY rough and a lost disc is an always present danger. Not recommended for beginners. Located on a beautiful property that is undergoing extensive improvement of the grounds. Half a star given for proximity to Blooming Point Beach. "

"Absolutely beautiful course. Has a nice mix of short and long holes with varying levels of difficulty. My favorite course by fair. Since Fiona there has been a lot of work completed and they continue to work on it but after almost every wind, there have been more trees/branches down. Each time things are quickly addressed and removed to the best of their abilities. It’s a huge job and it’s been very well tended. The only thing that would make it better would be washroom facilities. Love it"

"Wear hiking shoes in the summer or today. You can clearly see the damage from Fiona, but the course has been cleaned up well and there is a shorter fall course that cuts off the worst hit part."
