Good conditions
Mostly flat
Moderately wooded
Water in play on 5 holes
The black tees are impossible to play all the way through. Gladys has the playable black tees mixed in.
Update: since Campbell still acts like this place doesn’t exist, I’ve marked the course for the orange tees with orange flags on trees. Next plan is to mark the fairways.

"Over all are real fun course, beautiful property lots of potential here.. almost zero tee signs, pads are bad.. and some holes it difficult to find all the pads"

"Multiple teepads washed out, hole ten only has two of the four sides remaining, multiple holes can become flooded with significant rain, and signage can be improved. However, hole layout and design has genuine creativity and plenty of thought put into them. There’s so much personality and natural beauty here that it’s worth trying out, if you can deal with the other problems mentioned. A little upkeep work would go a long way here. "
