"dullest course design I've ever seen"

"Fine course with a lot of potential yet limited by the amount of land they have. Has a putting basket, tunnel shot, water is in play on a lot of holes, long/short tees, and shot shaping. Cons holes overlap, older baskets, most holes are played in or around retention areas. "
