Forest Ridge Park 18 Hole Course

The course itself is Great! IF IT WERE OPEN!! The Capitol city of this great state already has a terrible course count. Then your going to close one for 8 Months out of the year? This is shameful, I sorta get why they are doing it but they need to have another course on this massive property that they can alternate If they want to try and save the grass on a Disc Golf Course. 😠

Heavily wooded but unique course. Accuracy over distance here for sure

Very tight gaps and punishing woods.

Some of the holes here are very unrefined, as if they tried to use a nature trail to make a disc golf course. Signs are a bit too generous on the layout of the holes, making this course difficult to see without having played before.

First time playing this course and we had a blast

Good diversity of shots. Easy enough to navigate. A few fun and memorable “signature” holes that will make you want to come back. Could use a little cleanup to make it a bit less flukey. Worth a replay.

This is a great course! Very well kept, mostly wooded and pretty technical. Very beautiful area near a lake

Hard. Clear some trees

Great tough course, will absolutely eat your lunch if you're not regularly hitting your tight gaps off the tee. Very narrow fairways, offers no mercy if you're not throwing dead straight with controlled finish. Tee pads are completely fine, they're hard-packed gravel, sure beats slippery neglected concrete pads

Great layout. Clearly market. Easily navigated. Bit muddy in spots.

Good layout. Tee pads are awful and cause you to think more about if you'll break your ankle rather than where you're throwing

Excellent technical course, very fun. Only suggestion would be to blow off the leaves on fairways to visualize to holes better!

Just add some trash cans and it’s perfect!

A very different course from the old 9-holer that used to be here. I was pleasantly surprised by the well designed and challenging lines on many of the holes. This course is tough! Especially if you get off the fairway on the new par 4’s. Signage is good but tee pads leave a lot to be desired. Some rubber mats would be perfect.

The tee pads are terrible even if they just had the little rubber mats it would be better other than that it would be 4 to 4 and a half stars hopefully they get them fixed at some point.

Technical, challenging, and a very fun new layout!

Great 18 hole course! Love the water carry on hole 10! Only thing would be I almost rolled my ankle on a few drives because I’d the tee boxes. Maybe put some rakes on the tees??

I’m super excited to finally have an 18 hole course in WF. Great change to the old 9 holes. Fun tight lines with different shot shapes and a beautiful water carry on 10. Obviously it’s still new but it would be a 5 star with concrete pads instead of sand and if the fairways were cleaned up just a little. My wife would rate this a 1 star because this course is going to take all of my time from her. Thanks Forest Ridge team!
