Nice new tee pads and baskets. Needs signage. The rough is really thick/overgrown, and it is easy to lose discs if you veer from the fairway. Would be better to play in the winter for this reason

If there was more available land this layout could be amazing! As of now, be smart with your throws as the tennis court comes into play, and the tee pads are shared for 5 and 9 and 7 and 8.
