Wide open, great place to practice. Right off the highway as well

No tee pads. Homemade baskets are decent but mounted a touch high. Nice varying hole lengths. Signs are OK. Extremely few obstacles on very flat ground. Baskets and tees are much too close to each other. Multiple crossing fairways, and not sure why with the wide open land available. An OK layout if playing by yourself. Would not be good if other groups are playing simultaneously.

Most holes don't have obstacles, but it's about as good as you could do with the area. Signage is fine, but the grass teepads are not marked at all. The pars are very beginner level as well.
