"Durham Golf is fun! The owner would like everyone to respect wishes to keep the gate closed when on-property. Played in ideal winter conditions December 10, 2022. Several flick lines. Keep on putting to score. Not far from Lyndbrook which has 18 disc golf holes available now and throughout the winter…2 courses in 1 day for the adventuresome. "

"Dave was the man and a gracious host trying to introduce the sport to the Oshawa area. He asked me to make any recommendations to make the course better as he actually cares. The course was beautiful with a mix of shots. Shorts are definitely beginner friendly and longs will definitely give you more of a run for your money. Some bigger areas to run up are needed on a few holes but all and all this is a great course and you should definitely check it out if in the area."

"An awesome shorter course, well maintained and easy to find your disc off the fairway. Dave and the guys running the show are awesome and very welcoming. Great for both intermediate and beginner players! Can't wait to see where this course goes in the future!"

"The course often appears closed, with a rope across the entrance. Dave has asked me to post here that if you arrive for disc golf and see the rope across, simply remove it, enter and park, and the RETURN the Rope to it’s closed position. Play as often and as long as you like. The rope across is a big deal. Make sure it’s closed if that’s how you found it. "

"This course is great fun, good for beginners although a bit narrow, although it is easy to find disc's in the long grass. I will be back."

"Nice short putt and approach course. Great for beginners and practicing. There are a lot of bad reviews about the owner and his attitude, but that shouldn’t take away from the course."

"Better then I expected! Lots of narrow fairways with tall grass around but surprisingly easy to find discs on top of the long grass. Lots of wide open air space but I enjoyed trying to throw dead straight shots to stay in the fairway. Couple turn over lines and forehand shots on the curved holes. Disc retriever sticks around the course to help if stuck up high. "

"Newly updated course has some nice additions (signs and marked tee pads) makes it much easier to navigate. The narrow fareways make this beginner course tricky. Will be back"

"Fairways are way too narrow for the length and size of course. Maybe another half of what it is and it’ll be perfect size."

"Fun course, especially for kids or beginners. Back 9 has a bit more personality - front 9 is mostly straight open shots. Layout and signs are easy to follow and having a clubhouse on-site for snacks and drinks is a plus. "

"This course has the perfect amount of attainable challenges for new to mid-level players. Most holes feel open but challenge you to land your shots mid fairway to miss the tall grass. Great course that they are always looking to improve. Currently free just say hi to the owner and enjoy the course!!"
