"I'm glad that this private course on a nice piece of land in the hill country exists, but I think the layout could use some improvements. The views are beautiful, the baskets are nice, tee signs good, and easy to follow layout. Multiple hole designs are repeated and there aren't that many interesting shapes required. The holes you don't need 450+ straight are mostly all hyzers fh or bh. Good course, the rough is treacherous, the shapes leave something to be desired."

"Carnivore valley is a beautiful, clean, scenic course with a mix of shorts, Longs, and multiple shot angles. Everything was well maintained, and CLEAN, like no trash anywhere, at all. The baskets were new, every tee felt like the concrete was just poured and perfect, and every hole has signs and arrows pointing you to the next hole. The owner was so kind and made us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend checking out his pro shop, so much good stuff and you feel like you earned it after both!"

"A disc golfer must play list. Hill country views, pro-shop, camping. 1st disc golf putt-putt style 18 hole course. Great and challenging courses with easy to find next tee . Each tee pad has chairs/table. Some have water coolers to drink from. Liked the dinosaur and Big Foot swag. "

"Fun course. Two holes in the Middle are super long and boring compared to the rest. Would play again. Signs, UDisc, and actual played distance does vary due to different hole placements. Friendly staff and well worth the trip. "

"Super cool course. Well worth the drive. Warm up on putt putt. Then head out to the Carnivore. When you pull in stop to enjoy the vibe. Music playing at the clubhouse and lots of baskets everywhere. Feels like a “resort” for disc golfers. The course is long at times which is great. Get the birdies while you can. If you don’t have a big arm lay up on the first water hole. You can’t see it from the tee pad bits it’s got water in it. Ask my buddy LOL. The only complaint I have......it went to fast!"
