Hole 1 moved. It starts near the 18th basket towards the big opening.

Better Mando signs needed. Not green spray paint.

This might possibly be the worst course layout that I’ve ever seen. Just finding the first hole was a battle, but not as difficult as finding the second. They were far apart with no signage. Hole 3 was even worse. Adjacent baskets less than 10 feet from tee pads. Throwing down walking paths with multiple people walking (that you can’t see). Ridiculous mandos- Holes through woods with little upkeep on fairways. Would not recommend at all. Drove from Tyler with multiple great courses to check this one out, knowing the city is spending a lot of money in this area. Gave up after hole 4 because I was super frustrated with everything. Pro- bathroom, splash pad & easy access.

Mandos on the trees are there. Some are impossible though and lead to a bad fairway. Consider removing some holes to make the course safer.

Fun little course but the fairways aren’t kept in the wooded areas so it’s almost impossible to avoid all the trees. Most of the holes are labeled differently on the app than on the tee markers. A couple of them even play to different baskets. Hole one is on the other side of the park. Not my favorite.

First hole doesn’t exist and I didn’t have a good time at this park.

Nice long teepads. Signs are decent. Course is very tight. Fairways are way too close together. Fairways are not maintained at all. There is potential here for a great course, but needs some redesign.

Too many trees

Design is poor. Too many trees in the way of fairway.

Fairways are very close together, decent local course but would not drive more than 5 min out of the way to play

Great course it is technically challenging in places and easy in some places. Very fun some thing for everyone except for those who like to bomb all the time. The course is very good at evening out the scores

Awful design

Really need to thin out some select trees on the wooded section of the course to create an actual playable line to the basket. The line does not have to be straight, but there has to be some type of playable line to a landing zone. The short layout has some potential, but there’s still some work to do. Actual Mando signs would be a plus. The city probably needs to contact PDGA course designer to get some help. I look forward to coming back to see how the course improves over time.

Has potential, some of the holes really need the lines cut in.

This course has massive potential it just has to be cleaned up in the fairways some holes don’t have a line at all almost. The land is awesome! Tee pads are big and concrete. If cleared or rearranged could be awesome.

Poorly designed

Throwing over a lot of busy sidewalks. The hole number signs are very helpful. It has potential if they will move a few holes or take out a few trees.

Pros- open fairways, nice tee boxes and some great possibilities. Cons- way to intermingled with itself and the walking path (as many have stated), could really use some mando's or more foliage/obstacles. Over a year since the initial review, app still has the orginal setup for the 6-15 stretch, so you aren't where the map says you're supposed to be for some of the holes. Yeah hole 1 has been moved, tee box is by the pavilion now.

The fairways are clearer and mandos have been installed to ensure that they don't overlap!
