"Some of the tee off pads were a bit rough, so we had to be careful not to trip. Overall it’s a beautiful course."

"Tough, challenging course for solo play in summer - would have been better in a group with a spotter. Lots of holes from 7 on that have tight tunnels and thick greenery just off the fairway. Lost a disc that was just 5’ offline but disappeared in the bushes. Some tee pads are just sand but all in all a fun course. You’ll work your forehands or your anyhyzer backhands on the doglegs. Some long par 3s I was happy to get bogey. "

"Love this course. A bit of tee pad maintenance needed in the woods, but it's a lot of fun. Bring drivers, no par 4s, although there probably should be some."

"Absolute beauty course on a lakeside setting. A must play if you are in the area. My only draw back is the tee pads could use some work. Also make sure to spot when playing with friends!"

"Fun course in good condition with a nice mix of open and technical holes. One hole is over the lake so bring your floater. "

"Nice open park for a lot of the holes, with a section of tight wooded holes in the middle. Can easily lose discs in the thick brush if your throws aren’t straight down some of the tunnels and kept in the fairway."

"Algonquin disc golf at Tom Thomson Park is an excellent mid-length course, with a nice mix of open and what did holes, wind is often a factor on the open portions of the course adding some difficulty. Signage is good, course is working on funding for tee pads, but overall throwing surfaces are flat. Novice players should avoid the over the water hole, and throw around to the left and along the beach."
