Physical Therapy Technician
I began playing disc golf a little over two years ago after my university built a course on their campus in Columbia, South Carolina. Before learning about disc golf I played ultimate frisbee for six years, which gave me a passion for watching discs fly and made the transition to disc golf relatively easy. I am still new to the competitive side of the sport as I only began playing tournaments last year. I look forward to developing as a player and as steward of the sport in the years to come. Outside of disc golf I work full-time as a physical therapy technician in Raleigh, North Carolina. However, next January I will begin my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. My hope is to raise health awareness in disc golf as the sport continues to grow and, ultimately, to help disc golfers keep playing the sport they love without pain.
